According to the Traffic Police Department, in the past, the unit has received many reports from people, traffic participants and the online community about inadequacies in traffic organization.
From these sources, the Traffic Police force has coordinated to survey and recommend authorities to overcome many frequent accidents or potential risks to traffic safety, actively contributing to ensuring traffic order and safety (TTATGT), reducing accidents and limiting congestion.

However, currently on many routes and areas, there are still unreasonable traffic organization, such as inappropriate light signals, missing signs or improper arrangement, causing difficulties for traffic participants and posing a potential risk of accidents and congestion.
To thoroughly overcome these shortcomings, the Traffic Police Department calls on people to continue to reflect and provide specific information about inadequacies (from signs to other traffic signals, inappropriate lane and route arrangements...) sections, routes, points that often have traffic accidents, and clusters of traffic lights that are not suitable... (requested information to clearly state specific locations).
The Traffic Police Department said it will temporarily direct the non-processing of traffic safety violations in those areas until the shortcomings are resolved.
