According to Lao Dong, at noon on September 25, at the headquarters of Nui Tan Ba Vi Milk Joint Stock Company (address: No. 39, Muong Phu Vang village, Van Hoa commune, Ba Vi district, Hanoi), the main gate was locked. Seeing someone coming to contact them for work, an employee of this unit said: "The company's director and manager have been away since morning and have taken the key with them, employees are not allowed to let outsiders in."
Speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Vu Van Tuan - who introduced himself as the manager of Nui Tan Ba Vi Milk Joint Stock Company said that since this morning, the company's production activities have been temporarily suspended to bring milk products for inspection.
"Today, the company is temporarily suspending production because the units (functional units) requested an appraisal. The unit's leaders are away so the employees dare not open the door, only a few employees come to clean up. With things like this, we have no reason to produce.
Currently, the warehouses are still available, there are no problems with the goods so they are still exported from the Hoai Duc and Dan Phuong warehouses," said Mr. Tuan.
Since the morning of September 25, the website: https://suanuitan.com/ of Nui Tan Ba Vi Milk JSC has been closed due to maintenance. Previously, the website of this unit had publicly announced the GMP certificate - a type of certificate with value equivalent to a food hygiene and safety license in Vietnam - which was only issued from September 10, 2024.

According to Lao Dong's research, in Dan Phuong district, there are about 10 kindergartens and 8-9 primary schools using milk and yogurt products of Nui Tan Ba Vi Milk Joint Stock Company. In Hoai Duc district, there are about 44 schools using milk products of this unit, some of which have been using for a long time (about 1 year).
Currently, the Hoai Duc District Health Department has coordinated with the District Education and Training Department to direct schools to review all students from the beginning of the school year until now to see how many students have digestive disorders and what causes the disorders.
At the same time, require businesses to provide documents related to product quality.
According to information posted on the National Business Registration Portal, Nui Tan Ba Vi Milk Joint Stock Company was established on July 12, 2022 in Bon village, Van Hoa commune, Ba Vi district (Hanoi) with 5 shareholders. The main business line is processing milk and dairy products. The legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Phi Son (born in 1982) with a charter capital of 5 billion VND.
