Initial information, the incident occurred at about 5:27 am on May 26, on road 17B in Thanh Khe village, Vinh Hai commune. At this time, Ms. N.T. H (born in 1959, residing in Cuc Thuy village, Vinh Hai commune) was driving an electric bicycle in the direction from National Highway 37 to Cong Hien market when it collided with a bicycle driven by Mr. P.X. H (born in 1947, residing in Tu Lam 2 village, Vinh Hai commune) traveling in the same direction in front (suspected of crossing the road). As a result, both people were injured and taken to the emergency room. At 1:26 pm on the same day, Mr. H died at home. The cause of the accident is being investigated and clarified by functional forces.
