On December 5, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Dinh Province Le Kim Toan had a meeting with voters of Canh Hoa commune (Van Canh district), after the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
At the meeting, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Dinh Province Le Kim Toan informed voters about the results of the 8th Session.
The session completed the entire agenda by reviewing 51 contents and groups of contents, including: 33 contents related to legislative work, 18 groups of contents on socio-economics, state budget, supervision and other important issues. Of which, 12 groups of contents were reported by agencies for the National Assembly deputies to study.
After careful consideration, the National Assembly passed 18 laws and 21 resolutions, and gave initial opinions on 10 other draft laws...
At the meeting, voters highly appreciated the results of the recent session. At the same time, they made a number of recommendations such as: Proposing to soon upgrade and expand National Highway 19C; adjusting the street light time on National Highway 19C appropriately; increasing the number of people enjoying non-professional benefits at the commune level; supplementing the operating budget of branches in villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods; investing in and upgrading damaged roads and drainage systems on some roads in the commune...
Responding to voters, the leader of Van Canh District People's Committee said that regarding the street lighting on National Highway 19C, the district has assigned responsibility and funding to commune and town levels to manage and implement in accordance with the actual situation. For damaged roads lacking drainage, the district will review and allocate funding for investment and upgrading.
In response to voters' petitions, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Dinh Province Le Kim Toan said that the province has repeatedly petitioned the Ministry of Transport to upgrade and expand National Highway 19C. However, due to the large funding source, the Central Government and the province have not been able to arrange implementation; it is expected to be included in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
Mr. Le Kim Toan also requested that local authorities re-regulate the time to turn on street lights on National Highway 19C to suit reality.
Regarding policy-related recommendations, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Dinh Province Le Kim Toan said that they will be recorded, compiled, and forwarded to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
