On the afternoon of July 10, the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province held a meeting with voters after the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly in the eastern localities of Dak Lak province (old Phu Yen province).

The conference was held directly at the main bridge point (Tuy Hoa ward) and connected online with other bridges in the communes and wards: Dong Hoa, Song Cau, Tuy An Bac, Phu Hoa 1, Tay Hoa, Son Hoa, Song Hinh and Dong Xuan.
Here, Mr. Huynh Ngu (a voter living in Tuy Hoa ward) expressed strong support for the policy of organizing local government at two levels.
In addition, Mr. Ngu suggested that it is necessary to invest in repairing and upgrading transport infrastructure, especially the route connecting Phu Yen (old) with Dak Lak (old) after these two provinces merged into the new Dak Lak province.
According to him, the traffic volume on this route is currently very large, but due to the narrow road, travel is difficult, affecting safety and traffic.
Mr. Ngu emphasized that improving transport infrastructure not only helps improve the quality of life of people but also creates favorable conditions for local economic development.
He also proposed that it is necessary to ensure security and order at the grassroots level when implementing two-level governance, especially in the suburbs.
Ms. Do Thi Phuong Truc ( elector of Quarter 3, Tuy Hoa Ward) also has important recommendations. With more than 14 years of working in the field of archival documents in Ward 7, Tuy Hoa City (old Phu Yen Province), Ms. Truc has questioned the policies for part-time workers after the arrangement and implementation of the two-level government.
Ms. Truc said that part-time workers who quit their jobs will enjoy the regime according to Decree 154/2025 of the Government. However, she wondered whether in addition to that regime, she could enjoy additional regime according to Resolution No. 10 of the People's Council of Phu Yen province (old) or not.
In addition, she also wants to know about job placement and allowances for those who want to continue working.

Also at the conference, voters recommended the contents of the policy on severance pay for non-professional workers, subjects subject to attracting young knowledge to the locality; investing in water supply works to solve the shortage of water in production...
Ms. Le Dao An Xuan, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province, said that he would fully synthesize and forward it to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
She also expressed her wish to continue to receive the support, feedback and supervision of voters, in order to improve the quality of the activities of the National Assembly and elected bodies in the coming time.
