Recorded this afternoon, the traffic situation at the eastern gateway area flowing to the center of Ho Chi Minh City has increased in the number of vehicles. However, thanks to new traffic projects, prolonged congestion has not occurred.
On the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway (direction to Ho Chi Minh City), the line of vehicles is crowded as they approach the An Phu intersection area. The movement is slow due to the increased traffic flow to the city at the end of the day.

Recording the reality and sharing from people traveling on the route, a driver said: "The HCMC - Long Thanh expressway section is moving slowly, this situation lasts through Km07, in the direction from Dong Nai to HCMC".

However, vehicles can still maintain a slow moving pace, and there is no traffic jam "stuck" on the spot. In the opposite direction from Ho Chi Minh City to Long Thanh, the traffic volume is also quite bustling.
Notably, in the An Phu intersection area, the traffic situation recorded clearness. Although having to receive a large number of vehicles from the expressway, this area did not experience congestion as before.

This clearance is largely thanks to the N2 overpass branch (belonging to the An Phu intersection project) which has just been opened to traffic. Vehicles from the expressway can now run straight onto the bridge, crossing Mai Chi Tho street. This helps to completely relieve traffic pressure and limit conflicts at the intersection below.

At the same time, in the Cat Lai ferry terminal area, the number of vehicles and people flocking to Ho Chi Minh City was also quite crowded. However, ferry operations took place orderly, rhythmically and relatively smoothly.
The stable traffic situation and easy movement of vehicles are also recorded along the Mai Chi Tho arterial road.
