Rescuing a woman who fell on Bien Ho bridge

Gia Lai - Commune police and doctors promptly rescued a woman who fell on Bien Ho bridge and suffered quite serious injuries.

On April 8, Ms. H (in Kon Gang commune, Gia Lai province) was being treated at a medical facility in the area.

According to initial information, at about 9 pm on April 7, Ms. H came to visit Bien Ho bridge located on the eastern economic corridor route of the province (National Highway 19 bypass).

At this time, Ms. H was engrossed in taking photos and livestreaming, so she was negligent and unfortunately fell into a pit at the foot of the bridge. This is a gap between 2 lanes of Bien Ho bridge with a height of about 2.5 m.

Immediately after the accident occurred, Bien Ho Commune Police and people supported to take Ms. H to the emergency room. Initial assessment determined that the victim was conscious, with a wound in the hip due to a fall from above.

Bien Ho bridge has just been completed, functional agencies warn that this area is still under construction, tourists and people need to be careful and pay attention to observe to avoid accidents.
