On the morning of April 8, a Conference was held in Hanoi to announce the Politburo's Decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Politburo transferred, assigned, and appointed Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Justice for the 2021-2026 term to hold the position of Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.
