On June 27, according to the decision signed and promulgated by Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, the component project of compensation, support, resettlement and site clearance for the road connecting from Tho Quang residential area expansion to residential area along the Tho Quang - Bien Dong drainage culvert has the goal of land recovery to implement the road connecting and combining the main culvert system for flood treatment according to the plan. Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center is assigned to be the investor of this component project.
The road is expected to be 339.48m long. To implement the project, functional agencies will recover about 7,481 m2 of land in Son Tra ward, Da Nang city.
According to statistics, the total number of clearance dossiers serving the project is 100 dossiers. Among them, there are 86 residential land dossiers (including 64 cases of complete clearance and 22 cases of partial clearance), 8 traffic land dossiers and 6 dossiers belonging to cemetery land.
The total investment cost for this component project is more than 169 billion VND from the city budget. In the capital structure, compensation, support and resettlement costs account for the majority with more than 150.7 billion VND; contingency costs are more than 15.2 billion VND; site clearance organization costs are more than 2.3 billion VND, the rest are other costs. The project implementation time is determined in the period 2025 - 2027.
Regarding management methods, in the site clearance phase, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center will establish a specialized site clearance team including relevant units. After completing compensation and site clearance, the unit will hand over the clean site to the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects of the city to deploy infrastructure construction.
Da Nang City People's Committee assigned the Director of the City Land Fund Development Center to be responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant units to monitor and implement the project in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring progress and avoiding loss and waste of budget.
