Da Nang City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 97/2025/QD-UBND stipulating the level of expenditure to ensure the organization of compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land in the city.
According to the decision, the city spends support from 300,000 - 400,000 VND/person/day for individuals participating in activities organizing the implementation of compensation, support, and resettlement. The payment is calculated according to actual needs, ensuring savings, efficiency and compliance with regulations.
For salary expenses, salary contributions and salary allowances, the implementation is in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 88/2024/ND-CP dated July 15, 2024 of the Government.
Other expenditure contents directly related to the organization of compensation, support, and resettlement but without standards, norms, and unit prices issued by competent state agencies are implemented according to actual expenditure levels, ensuring thrift, efficiency, and having full legal and valid payment documents.
During the period before promulgating regulations on standards, norms, unit prices, and spending levels to ensure the organization of compensation, support, and resettlement in the city, it is determined that it does not exceed 2% of the total compensation, support, and resettlement costs of the project. In case this rate is exceeded, the commune-level People's Committee must report to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for consideration before approving the compensation, support, and resettlement plan.
