On March 27, Da Nang City People's Committee said that in Official Dispatch No. 2053/UBND-SNNMT, the Chairman of the City People's Committee agreed in principle to allow the Da Nang Protection Forest Management Board to use the sustainable forest management plan in the forest area of the Nam Tra My (old) Protection Forest Management Board as a basis for building the Plan for farming, planting, developing and harvesting medicinal herbs in the forest (belonging to the forest area of the old Nam Tra My Protection Forest Management Board) to submit to competent authorities for approval and implementation.
The Da Nang Protection Forest Management Board is responsible for supplementing the updated content, integrating the contents in the Sustainable Forest Management Plan approved in Decision No. 294/QD-SNN&PTNT dated June 24, 2024 (including the area of about 2,000 hectares of medicinal material development in the forest in Tra Van commune) into the Sustainable Forest Management Plan according to the new forest area, and submitting it to competent authorities for approval according to regulations.

Replace unfriendly materials with suitable materials such as acacia wood, bamboo, stone and absolutely do not put unfriendly materials into use in ginseng gardens.
Inspect and review the location and boundaries of the area where Ngoc Linh ginseng has been planted, ensuring the correct location and boundaries approved by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old) for the Forest Environment Use Plan.
