In particular, Da Nang sets an economic growth target of over 10% by 2025, according to Resolution 251/NQ-CP. The city also strives to achieve a total budget revenue of over VND 30,000 billion, of which land use revenue is over VND 4,500 billion and import-export revenue exceeds the minimum level assigned by the Central Government by 10%.
To achieve this goal, Da Nang has synchronously implemented solutions. Regarding project removal, Da Nang will focus on solving difficulties for projects and businesses, speeding up implementation progress, and increasing investment attraction for the whole society. Strive for total realized investment capital to reach over VND50 trillion, an increase of more than 50% compared to 2024, contributing 0.7-1% to GRDP growth.
The City People's Committee is actively resolving backlog projects according to Conclusion 77-KL/TW and Resolution 170/2024/QH15. It is expected that in the first and second quarters of 2025, many large projects with a total investment capital of over VND100,000 billion will start construction, such as the Van Village project, Asia Park complex, projects of FPT, Viettel... Chi Lang Stadium will complete site clearance before April 30, 2025 for auction.
Continue to review and propose to remove other major projects such as the Thuan Phuoc coastal encroachment area. The expressway section through Da Nang will be completed and opened to traffic in August 2025 after resolving the problem.
