The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the project of Park, Sea Sports Club and Son Thuy Beach, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District with a total investment of more than 34.6 billion VND.
The Son Thuy Park, Sea Sports Club and Beach Project will be implemented in 2024 - 2026 to invest in the facilities of the Park, Sea Sports Club and Son Thuy Beach, meeting the facilities to serve the needs of entertainment, recreation, sports, and beach bathing of the people, while also serving the activities and training of high-performance athletes in sea sports.
Thereby, further developing the movement of physical training and sports in general and sea sports in particular of the people and athletes; contributing to the development of the physical training and sports movement, the development of sea sports and the development of tourism in the city.
Specifically, the project will dismantle the degraded and damaged items of Son Thuy beach including: storage house, changing area, showers, current foundation. Build 1 new storage house, 8 changing areas, 10 fresh water shower areas; build 4 new lakes, 1 toilet, green landscape yard, 1 underground water tank, steps down to the sea.
The sea sports club will build a sports field with a total area of 5,900m2; build a new 1-storey technical house with a common hall, 1 meeting room, 1 working area, 1 referee room, 1 canteen, 2 athlete changing areas, 2 athlete shower areas, 1 athlete shower area, 1 common restroom and 1 large warehouse.
The project uses a reinforced concrete foundation, frame, roof structure, waterproof roof floor, soil filled with grass and shrubs to create a green space in harmony with nature; unburnt brick walls, cement plaster, painted; aluminum-glass frame doors and windows; electricity and water supply and drainage systems with a total floor area of about 670m2.
In addition, the project will build new auxiliary items including: 2 public toilets, a guard house, 2 containers for boats; planting shade trees, decoration; paving with granite and cubic stone; equipping with stone benches, trash cans; technical house equipment; sports field equipment, gymnasium equipment, children's playground equipment, equipment for covering the competition field. Arrange 2 shower areas with an area of 80m2.
For the Green Park and internal roads, Vinh Cong will pave the floor with cubic stone; green trees, landscape with granite and cubic stone; plant shade trees, low trees and shrubs to create landscape; granite basins, arrange granite benches, trash cans...; build a parking lot for cars and buses with concrete foundation; make gates, soft fences with green trees and invest synchronously in technical infrastructure system (water supply, drainage, lighting...).
