According to people living here, the two people involved are said to be a couple. Before the incident, there was a conflict and big argument on the road. At around 8:50 a.m. on December 23, a fight broke out.
Some witnesses said that the man was carrying a sharp object and showed signs of violence, so no one dared to approach and stop him. People saw the incident but no one dared to approach because the tall man was carrying a weapon. After continuously attacking the woman, he left the scene. The woman called for help, people called an ambulance and reported it to the authorities.
Initial information from the clip recording the incident shows that after the exchange of words, the man used a sharp object to continuously attack the woman, causing the victim to fall on the spot and then run away. The incident quickly attracted public attention, causing concerns about the security and order situation in the area.
Regarding the incident, as soon as they received the information, local authorities promptly arrived at the scene, conducted verification, collected evidence, clarified the progress of the incident and related individuals; and coordinated with professional units of Da Nang City Police to handle it according to the law.
