On the morning of August 12, at the 2nd Da Nang City People's Council Session (Special Session), term X, 2021-2026, the Da Nang City People's Council approved the zoning plan for the construction of a regional tourism area along National Highway 14G in the Western ecological zone, at a scale of 1/2,000.
According to the submission of the City People's Committee, the planning area belongs to Phu Tuc village, Hoa Phu commune, the northern and southern boundaries border the residential area of Hoa Phu commune; the east and west border National Highway 14G. The area is about 339 hectares, oriented as an ecological subdivision, developed based on biodiversity and natural landscapes, ensuring sustainable development.
Eco-tourism and resort attractions have been formed, serving people and tourists; developing types of resort and exploration tourism combined with exploiting natural conditions, connecting with existing tourist areas such as Nui Than Tai Hot Spring Park, Lai Thieu, Hoa Phu Thanh, Suoi Hoa...
The planned population is about 1,000 people. The technical infrastructure system is built synchronously, including traffic connecting to National Highway 14G; water supply, electricity supply, wastewater drainage, waste treatment systems; ensuring fire prevention and fighting requirements, communication, lighting and environmental protection. The landscape architectural space is organized in a modern direction, in harmony with the natural terrain, preserving the water source protection corridor, cultural - historical relics, while meeting national security and defense requirements.
Regarding land use, tourist areas are divided into functional areas including: high-quality resorts associated with Thien Tai Mountain Hot Spring and Spring Park; community eco-tourism area combined with outdoor experience activities; public service area; public green area; technical infrastructure area and river, stream and canal system.
The City People's Council assigned the City People's Committee to organize the implementation of the planning in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring legality, consistency, completeness, and accuracy of investigation, survey, measurement, land, forest, technical infrastructure, and social infrastructure data. At the same time, the City People's Committee must publicly announce the content of the planning project on the means of information according to regulations.
