Director of the Management Board of Da Nang City Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects Le Thanh Hung has signed a Decision approving the plan to select a contractor for the first adjustment and supplement for the project " urban railway system in Da Nang city".
The decision was issued based on Decision No. 152/QD-UBND dated January 14, 2025 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on the establishment of the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects on the basis of merging related management boards; Bidding Law No. 22/2023/QH15 dated June 23, 2023; Decree No. 214/2025/ND-CP dated August 4, 2025 of the Government; Circular No. 79/2025/TT-BTC dated August 4, 2024 of the Ministry of Finance; along with decisions, official dispatches and appraisal reports of the City People's Committee and specialized departments on survey work, preparation of project pre-feasibility study reports.
According to the first adjustment and supplementation plan, the approved package is "Consulting on surveying, preparing a pre-feasibility study report" with the content of work including surveying and preparing a pre-feasibility study report for the Urban Railway System project in Da Nang city. The package price is 10,769,895,000 VND from the city budget.
The package will be widely bid domestically, online; the one-phase method of two documents; the time for organizing contractor selection is 90 days, expected in the third quarter of 2025. The type of contract applied is a mixed contract, including a survey (f continuous price) and a feasibility study report (comprehensive). The contract implementation period is 150 days, without applying the additional purchase option.
The package price is calculated according to the estimate approved by the Director of the Management Board of Da Nang City's Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects in Decision No. 517/QD-BQL dated August 6, 2025. The contract implementation period is calculated from the effective date of the contract to the completion of contractual obligations (including the time for implementing the package and completing legal obligations).
The Finance - Planning Department under the Management Board of Da Nang City Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects is assigned to organize the selection of contractors according to the approved plan, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
