The entire amount of funds received above, the Relief Mobilization Committee - Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city has transferred to the account of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front more than 41.3 billion VND for the Central Government to directly synthesize, balance and distribute to support localities damaged by storm No. 3.

At the same time, transfer 9 billion VND to the account of the Relief Mobilization Committee - Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the provinces that suffered heavy losses in human lives and property of the People due to storm No. 3 to help the People overcome the consequences and soon stabilize their lives through the province.

Support 7 provinces that suffered heavy damage to people and property, including: Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Yen Bai, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Son La, Ha Giang: 1 billion VND for each province.
