On January 25, the Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang City issued a notice on publicizing information about social funds and charity funds subject to dissolution consideration.
According to the published list, there are 6 funds under consideration for dissolution. The common point of these organizations is that they are all in a state of "No operating information", including:
- Vetiver City Grass System Development Fund (under the management of the Department of Agriculture and Environment).
- City Sunflower Fund (under the management of the Department of Health).
- Vietnamese Living Capital Fund of the city (under the management of the Department of Health).
- City Sympathic Hearts Fund (under the management of the Department of Health).
- Nam Khue City Charity Fund (under the management of the Department of Education and Training).
- City Progress Fund (under the management of the Department of Education and Training).
Da Nang City Department of Home Affairs said that this information will be made public on the City Electronic Information Portal, and also posted on the City Newspaper and Radio and Television Station (3 consecutive times) for relevant agencies, organizations and individuals to follow and respond.
Within 30 days from the date of public announcement, if there are opinions, recommendations, complaints or disputes related to the above funds, please send them to the Department of Home Affairs for summarization and reporting to the Chairman of the City People's Committee for consideration.
After the 30-day deadline, if no complaints or disputes arise, Da Nang City People's Committee will carry out procedures to dissolve these social funds and charity funds in accordance with current legal regulations.
