Dak Lak - The authorities have announced 4 digital platforms, launched a comprehensive digital transformation of local governments at two levels.

On July 10, the Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development of Dak Lak province held its first meeting, announcing and launching four important digital platforms to serve the two-level local government model.

This is an event of special significance, marking the beginning of the province's "comprehensive restructuring" process in the new development stage. In which, taking science - technology and digital transformation as the central driving force.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee, emphasized: The province identifies digital transformation not only as an operating tool but also a prerequisite for building a streamlined government, close to the people, and effectively serving the people.

The authorities are committed to "being honest, speaking honest, doing honest, effective, and people benefiting real estate" which is given top priority in all implementation activities.

Four digital platforms for operation include: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platform Supporting people to look up information, submit documents, and monitor the progress of public administrative procedures.

The online public service platform supports people to access administrative procedures conveniently, quickly and effectively.

dashboard operates an integrated system of reporting to the two-level government and supervises and operates the implementation of tasks.

The system receives and processes feedback from the community, proactively classifies and sends to communes and wards for processing.

These platforms are operating tools, symbolizing the province's strong commitment to building a digital government, digital economy, digital society, bringing technology to truly serve people's lives and public service activities.
