In addition to robots, Thu Duc ward also equipped with two legal document searches and arranged 10 counters to receive documents, each with a computer for people to handle themselves. Chairman of Saigon Ward People's Committee Vu Nguyen Quang Vinh said that in the first 4 days, the center received about 400 administrative records, of which 100 were submitted online. Most of the records were processed quickly, including records transferred from the old District 1.

Ho Chi Minh City has granted nearly 15,000 document management accounts and more than 10,000 accounts using the administrative procedure information system.
Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc emphasized that Ho Chi Minh City is moving towards a " Administrative boundaryless" model from the end of 2025 - where people and businesses can submit documents from anywhere, including from abroad. "We must serve better, more modernly, more conveniently. People in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ca Mau or abroad can all submit their applications to Ho Chi Minh City - Mr. Duoc thoroughly informed. To achieve this goal, Mr. Nguyen Van Duoc requested wards, communes and special zones to review and select administrative headquarters locations in accordance with the planning, ensuring modern facilities and equipment. Headquarters that do not meet the requirements will be newly built or upgraded to synchronize throughout the city.
