On April 1, Dak Nong Power Company (PC Dak Nong) organized a propaganda campaign, instructing people on electrical safety measures and fire prevention in the dry and hot season.
PC Dak Nong also directed its affiliated units to proactively inspect electrical systems and equipment at production and business establishments and households to ensure safety and limit the risk of incidents.

Thereby, people are promptly warned about the risk of fire and explosion and instructed on measures to ensure safety in production and daily life.
Power units also coordinate with local authorities to propagate and instruct people to take safety measures, while protecting high-voltage power grid works from the risk of theft.
PC Dak Nong leaders said that the electricity industry is stepping up propaganda about electrical safety, while calling on people to commit not to violate the power grid safety corridor.

People need to comply with regulations such as: not stealing or removing any ropes, grounding wires and power grid equipment; not climbing electric poles, entering power stations or power protection areas when not on duty; not releasing storks or flying objects near the high-voltage power grid to avoid causing incidents.
PC Dak Nong also recommends that when building a house or a project, it is necessary to ensure a solid scaffolding and keep a safe distance to avoid the risk of electric shock causing accidents.
In particular, if a high-voltage power line is found to be hit or broken, people must stand at least 10 meters away and immediately report to the power unit for timely handling.
