On December 29, the Party Committee of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said that after Lao Dong Newspaper published the article "Many officials of Dak Lak Department of Finance apply for transfer or resignation", the unit issued a document to the Party Committee of Dak Lak Department of Finance to grasp the ideological situation of officials and party members.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reflected that in the past month, many heads and deputy heads of departments of the Department of Finance of Dak Lak have sent applications for job transfer; some cases have resigned for personal reasons.
This is assessed to have a certain impact on the organization of personnel and the implementation of political tasks of the unit.
Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee will organize a working session with the Party Committee of the Department of Finance to exchange and clarify the ideological, psychological, and aspirational situation of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees.
At the same time, identify the main reasons leading to resignation or transfer, as well as evaluate leadership work and stabilize the team at the unit.
The working session is expected to take place on December 30, 2025, with the participation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Finance.
The Party Committee of the Department of Finance may invite more representatives of collectives or individuals involved. The content of the working session also recorded difficulties, obstacles and recommendations and proposals to contribute to stabilizing ideology, retaining and promoting the contingent of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees.
