Dak Lak - Culinary art talk show at Dak Lak Durian Festival 2026 gathers many domestic and foreign chefs who have introduced many creative dishes.

On June 30, the Organizing Committee of Dak Lak Durian Festival 2026 organized a talk show introducing culinary art from durian. The event attracted many domestic and international chefs to participate.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hiep - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province - said that the festival not only honors the key agricultural products of the locality but also promotes the image of Dak Lak land and people.

Thereby, contributing to promoting tourism, trade and enhancing the brand value of durian in the domestic and foreign markets.

The talk show is an opportunity for chefs and experts to share experiences in processing durian into many dishes. Including savory dishes, desserts to sauces, and encouraging the creation of culinary products associated with tourism development.

Chef Billy (Malaysia) highly appreciates the characteristic flavor of Vietnamese durian and believes that this fruit has a lot of potential in modern cuisine.

Chefs will present many unique dishes such as grilled shrimp with durian cheese sauce, shrimp with durian egg salad sauce, grilled shrimp with chili salt with durian sauce, green durian curry, durian sticky rice...

Within the framework of the Dak Lak Durian Festival 2026, many activities will also take place such as communication, livestreaming, arranging check-in and experience points, contributing to promoting local products, culture and attracting tourists.
