The Thai Nguyen Central Hospital Construction, Upgrade and Renovation Project (phase II) is a Group B project with a total investment of 180 billion VND, invested by Thai Nguyen Central Hospital.
According to the reporter's investigation, on August 14, Thai Nguyen Central Hospital announced the bidding for Package TCXD.01/2024: Construction and installation of construction equipment for the project.
The above package is worth more than 157.5 billion VND from the medium-term public investment plan of the central budget for the period 2021-2025 and the Hospital's Career Development Fund.
According to the project documents, the TCXD.01/2024 Package will have a construction scale including:
Construction of the internal patient dormitory block with 8 floors above ground, 1 basement, construction area of 950m2, total construction floor area of 8,550m2, meeting the scale of 200 beds.
Build a synchronous technical infrastructure system such as: Yard, flower garden, electricity supply, domestic water supply and drainage, wastewater treatment system...
Invest in equipment close to the project such as: Elevators, air conditioners, fire prevention and fighting systems, phone systems, Lan network, television...
Invest in some medical equipment to serve the professional work of internal medicine.
The internal patient patient housing block is designed with a rectangular plan, the size of the heart axis (52.3x20.2)m. The height of the basement is 5m, the floors are 3.8m high, the height of the building is 39m.
This block of houses will be built modernly, connected with other works in the hospital, with an airy landscape. The glass wall system combined with A-shaped side-up windows makes the most of ventilation and natural lighting for the entire system of clinics and treatment facilities.

The package implementation period is 365 days.
The investment goal of the project is to build a new internal patient patient housing block to replace old inpatient patient housing blocks and invest in some medical equipment of Thai Nguyen Central Hospital, contributing to the successful implementation of medical examination and treatment tasks for people in the northern mountainous provinces and also a postgraduate training facility for medical staff in the area.
