Previously, on October 28, 2025, Tam Quan Nam Border Guard Station issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against Mr. Pham Vu (born 1980, residing in Hoai Nhon Dong ward), captain of fishing vessel BD-98645-TS.
Mr. Vu was fined 30 million VND for the offense of "Not complying with regulations in cases where the journey monitoring device cannot transmit information and data from fishing vessels to the fishing vessel monitoring data center when operating for fishing vessels with a maximum length from 15 to less than 24m".
However, until now, the fine payment deadline has passed, but Mr. Vu has not complied, showing signs of evasion and delay in executing the penalty decision.
Tam Quan Nam Border Guard Station proposed that the People's Committee of Hoai Nhon Dong ward coordinate to propagate to violators to strictly comply with regulations and quickly execute violation sanctioning decisions.
