Proposal to build a commercial center worth more than 410 billion VND in Thai Nguyen

    Thai Nguyen - Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee has just organized a conference to listen to reports on investment proposals for the Go Pho Yen Trade Center Project.

    According to the investor's report (Viet Nhat Pho Yen Real Estate JSC), the planned location for the construction of Go Pho Yen Trade Center is in Pho Yen Urban Area, Van Xuan Ward.

    The project has a total investment of over 410 billion VND, with a land area of over 12,200m2.

    Construction scale includes: 3-story commercial center, total area of about 14,400m2, integrated general supermarket; retail area, food services; entertainment area, cinema...

    The project's goal is to form a modern commercial - service complex, meeting the shopping, consumption and entertainment needs of people in the Southern Thai Nguyen area. At the same time, improve and supplement service infrastructure for Pho Yen Urban Area.

    Concluding the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Luong requested departments and branches to coordinate and guide investors to complete dossiers and legal procedures. To ensure conditions for the project to be implemented soon according to plan.
