Thai Nguyen - In order to improve the investment environment, the province requires strict handling of violations, not allowing additional costs beyond regulations when completing administrative procedures.

On June 2, information from the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, the unit has just issued a document directing the implementation of the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch 63 on tightening discipline, overcoming limitations, and improving the investment environment.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned units to carry out tasks according to their authority, focusing on improving the investment environment, raising the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) and thoroughly handling the reflection of enterprises.

The province also requires the rectification of the service attitude of cadres, strict handling of violations, and preventing the situation of enterprises having to pay unofficial costs when completing administrative procedures.

Agencies must maintain the effectiveness of the hotline to promptly receive and handle feedback on causing difficulties and suggesting costs outside of regulations.

Along with institutional reform and procedures reduction in areas such as tax, customs, construction, and environment, Thai Nguyen promotes the provision of online public services, promotes public-private dialogue, and ensures the completion of the growth target for 2025.

The province also encourages businesses to invest in product research and development, connect with FDI enterprises to form a sustainable supply chain, digital transformation, and green economic development.

At the same time, promote training of high-quality human resources and raise awareness of rights and obligations, call on businesses to reject unofficial costs, promptly report violations.
