Accordingly, at 5:25 a.m. on February 15, at the intersection of the new National Highway 37 (An Tri village, Vinh Hai commune, Vinh Bao district), a car driven by Mr. V.T.G (born in 1999, residing in Tien Hai, Thai Binh) in the direction of Lien Am - National Highway 10 collided with a motorbike driven by Ms. T.T.H (born in 1983, residing in Tien Phong commune, Vinh Bao) traveling in the direction of Thanh Luong, National Highway 37. As a result, Ms. H was injured.
