Mr. Le Thanh Do - Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision No. 2275 on approving the tasks and budget for the project to expand the online conference system.
Accordingly, the project's estimated cost is 23 billion VND, from the state budget (regular expenses). The project implementation time is in 2025 at departments, branches and People's Committees of communes and wards in Dien Bien province.

The People's Committee of Dien Bien province assigned the Department of Science and Technology to be responsible for implementing tasks and budgeting funds in accordance with the provisions of the law on public assets, the provisions of the law on information technology and relevant laws.
The decision takes effect from September 30, 2025.
