At the conference, the leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor said that the Congress of Commune and Ward Trade Unions will be held after the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level and completed before October 31, 2025. The grassroots trade union will hold a Congress and complete it before November 15, 2025.
The 13th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, will take place after the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and will be completed before December 31, 2025.
The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor also guided a number of personnel work for the Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 13th Provincial Trade Union Congress; plans for official delegates to attend the 13th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030; guided a number of documents for the grassroots Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
Participating in the conference, some delegates proposed that the Provincial Federation of Labor adjust the time for approving documents of commune and ward trade union congresses; select members to participate in commune and ward trade union congresses; the form of organizing congresses for grassroots trade unions with specific characteristics...
The conference also parted ways with comrades who stopped participating in the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term XII, 2023-2028.
At the conference, Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that provincial trade unions at all levels urgently develop a specific plan, clearly assign people, work, responsibilities; ensure the organization of congresses on schedule, in accordance with regulations, quality, efficiency, safety and economy.
Focus on doing a good job of personnel for the congress; closely coordinate between trade unions at all levels with Party committees, authorities, departments, branches and unions so that the trade union congress at all levels can take place successfully.
Previously, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized the awarding of the Creative Labor Certificate of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to a group of authors from Dien Bien College with the initiative " conveyor belt control model for counting and classifying products according to height"; awarded the Certificate of participation in the Creative Labor Festival of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to Dien Bien College.
