The number of tickets sold out quickly because in the third sale, audiences were not restricted to nationality or a close membership card (Membership) to buy tickets. In addition, after 2 previous nights of opening for sale, the remaining tickets in each category are not many for the audience to choose from.
On social networks, many fans complained because they were "hunting" for tickets for 3 days but could not buy a satisfactory seat. Meanwhile, VVIP and VIP tickets are being sold for tens of millions of VND, even up to hundreds of millions of VND/pair.
"The ticket is being resold at prices dozens of times higher than the original price. This made us fans extremely upset because we really wanted to go see it but could not buy tickets," Thanh Huyen (33 years old, Hanoi) - a long-time fan of G-Dragon shared.
While many fans are confused because they cannot buy tickets for the event, a new information from the sponsor lights up hope in the hearts of fans.
Accordingly, on October 8, on the sponsor's official Fanpage, there was a short status line: "Invit V-FAMs (G-Dragon's fanclub name in Vietnam) to settle the score with the investor: 1+1=?". After that, the post was quickly converted to private mode. However, this has led many to believe that this is a signal that the organizers are mentioning the second night of G-Dragon's concert series.
In fact, in some other markets such as Taiwan (China), Newark, Los Angeles, Hong Kong (China), G-Dragon's performance schedule was only announced for 1 day. After that, the organizers and sponsors will rely on the number of tickets sold to decide to organize an additional concert for the second, even third night.
