Specifically, child Hang A Pao (born 2011) left home at about 10:30 am on February 28, before leaving, Pao wore a blue tank top and blue long jeans.
According to Muong Cha Commune Police, through working with the family, it was determined that Hang A Pao was in normal health, and there were no conflicts or disagreements in the family or outside society during his life.
