At the announcement ceremony, 15 prisoners serving their prison sentences at the Provincial Police Detention Center were awarded the President's special pardon Decision. These are prisoners who have had a good reform process, strived, and practiced hard, and were carefully, democratically, and objectively approved by the Arsenal Provincial Police Department's Amnesty Council.
Representatives of the prisoners granted amnesty thanked the leniency policies of the Party and State so that prisoners with good reform have the opportunity to reintegrate into the community.
At the announcement ceremony of the amnesty decisions, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Lai Binh - Warden of the Provincial Police Detention Center - requested that prisoners who were granted amnesty by the President this time return to their localities to continue to cultivate themselves; strictly comply with the provisions of the law, to integrate into the community and improve their lives.
