The school's benchmark scores this year, especially those with a benchmark score above 28 last year, will not have many changes. As for majors with admission scores from 27 - 28 points, the admission scores this year will decrease slightly, following the general trend of the general scores that have just been announced.
"Studyes with a benchmark score of 26 will decrease more, possibly double. From 25 points of landfall, it could have to trip up" - Mr. Tung predicted.

University of Commerce
MSc. Nguyen Quang Trung, Deputy Head of the Communications - Admissions Department, University of Commerce, predicts that the school's benchmark this year will decrease. This prediction is based on the analysis of the scores of the high school graduation exam in 2025, compared to 2024.
"There are many factors affecting this, but the benchmark score has not decreased significantly, only about 1-2 points compared to last year" - Mr. Trung informed.
However, Mr. Trung said that this year, universities do not have specific quotas for each admission method, so the admission score will depend on the number of candidates taking the admission based on the ability assessment test scores, thinking assessment or admission combined with international certificates and academic records.

Academy of Finance
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dao Tung - Director of the Academy of Finance said that the academy will have a wide standard score range that can be from 22 - 28 points, not as concentrated as in 2024 (from 26.03 - 26.85 on the 30th scale and 34.35 - 36.15 on the 40th scale).

"The benchmark scores of some training majors of the Academy of Finance may decrease compared to last year by 3-4 points. In addition, the 2025 Admissions Council of the Academy of Finance is expected to reduce the entrance threshold by about 1 point" - Mr. Tung said.

Similarly, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Ha - Head of the Department of Corporate Public Relations - Head of the Admissions Department of the University of Mining and Geology also predicted that the school's admission scores for majors in 2025 will be equivalent to or lower than in 2024 (depending on the major). The Academy of Policy and Development forecasts that the admission scores for majors this year will decrease by 1 - 3 points compared to 2024, especially majors with a combination of Math and English.
Last year, the highest admission score based on the high school graduation exam scores of the Academy on a 30-point scale was 27.43 points, majoring in Economic Law. With a scale of 40, the major with the highest benchmark score is Business Administration (CLC) with 33.33 points.
