Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee said that the new city of Binh Duong is gradually building to become a political - economic, cultural and social center of the whole province. A modern, dynamic, sustainable urban center with full types of development to serve about 125,000 long-term residents and more than 400,000 regular workers.
