The kite festival was held for the second time in Dien Dien commune on the occasion of the April 30 - May 1 holiday.
This year's event brings together dozens of kitchens from many localities such as Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, Cam Lam, Dak Lak, Ninh Thuan... to participate in the performance.

The clubs brought dozens of "giant" kites with vivid shapes simulating marine creatures such as sharks, elephants, pork, and octopus.
Each kitten is 30 to 100m long, requiring nearly 10 support people to fly stably. The favorable weather with steady and dry winds helps the kite release go smoothly.

"We brought about 30 giant kites to perform. Thanks to the good weather, releasing kites is quite favorable" - a representative of Cam Ranh Kites Club shared.
Ms. Vo Thi Loan - a resident of Nha Trang City - said that taking advantage of the weekend, her family took their children to play at the festival.
Children in the city rarely have the opportunity to experience such a spacious and vibrant countryside space, so everyone is very excited, said Ms. Loan.

Besides the fish-shaped kites, the 100m long octopus kit is one of the highlights that attracts a large number of visitors.
In addition to the kite- release activity, the organizing committee also built a tank model to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification. Many families took souvenir photos in this exhibition area.

Many tourists rate this year as more storks, and the scale is also more magnificent than last year.
Tourists hope that in the coming years, the festival will continue to be expanded with more rich folk activities.
