Hanoi Police open the door to meet Buriram United in the Southeast Asian C1 final

In the final of the Southeast Asian Cup C1, the Hanoi Police team will meet the winning team in the match between Buriram United and Pathum United.

On the evening of April 30, Hanoi Police defeated PSM Makassar with a score of 2-0, in the second leg of the semi-final. This result helped the Vietnamese team win 2-1 overall, thereby winning a ticket to the final.

According to the calendar, Quang Hai and his teammates will meet the remaining semi -final team between Buriram United and Pathum United to compete for the championship. Buriram United won the 3-1 opponent in the first leg of the semi-final. The second leg of the semi -final between the two Thai clubs will take place on the evening of 7.5.

The chance for Buriram United to reach the final is quite high. In addition to the first leg victory, they also have a better head-to-head record than their opponents. In the last 4 meetings, Pathum United only won 1, and lost 3 to Buriram United.

If they reach the final, Buriram United will have a rematch with Hanoi Police. In the group stage, the Thai team lost 1-2 at Hang Day Stadium. Phan Van Duc and Alan scored 2 goals for Hanoi Police. The away team's goal was scored by Tabinas.
