    The incident occurred at around 0:30 on June 24 on National Highway 1, passing through Ham Cuong Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. At that time, a motorbike with license plate 86B7-275.65 driven by a young man collided with a motorbike with license plate 86B4-284.07 driven by Mr. M.X.K (born in 2007, residing in Ham Cuong commune) traveling in the direction of Dong Nai - Binh Thuan.

    The collision caused the motorbike with license plate 86B7-275.65 to be thrown into the middle of the road, the remaining motorbike was lying on the side of the road. Mr. K died on the way to the emergency room.

    The Investigation Police Agency of Binh Thuan Province Police and other professional units arrived to examine the scene and collect traces to clarify which vehicles were traveling in the wrong direction. At the same time, an autopsy was requested to investigate the incident.
