    According to initial information, at about 2:25 a.m. on June 23, 2025, at Km469+500 (TT) of Ho Chi Minh Road, through Hung Thi Commune, Lac Thuy District, a serious traffic accident occurred between a motorbike and a tractor-trailer.

    At the above time, two people on a motorbike with license plate 28F1-209.51 in the direction of Thanh Hoa - Xuan Mai collided with a tractor-trailer with license plate 29K-118.20 pulling a trailer 29RM-012.48 moving in the opposite direction.
