At around 4:00 a.m. on June 6, at an apartment building in Tay Mo ward (Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi), a young man suddenly fell from the 39th floor to the ground and died on the spot.
The heartbreaking incident shocked many people. Some people living near the scene said that at that time, they heard screams and riots, destroying the quiet in the early morning. Immediately after that, a loud noise came from the ground, causing many people to panic. When looking down, they were shocked to discover a young man lying motionless on the ground.
Immediately, the people reported to the police. Receiving news, functional forces present at the scene, blockade the region and conduct professional measures to investigate the cause of the incident.
The victim was identified as Tran Quoc M.C (born in 2003, from Thanh Hoa), currently living in the apartment building where the incident occurred.
After completing the crime scene investigation and necessary legal procedures, the victim's body was transferred to the 19-8 Hospital to serve the handover to the family for funeral arrangements.
The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the police.
