On March 17, the leader of Loc Duc commune (Bao Lam district, Lam Dong) said that he was assigning the commune police to investigate and verify the incident of a car overturning in the area, causing 1 person to be injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency care.
According to initial information, at noon on March 8, Mr. Luong Le Duy Anh (34 years old, living in Bao Loc city, Lam Dong) drove a car carrying a friend from Bao Loc city to his home in Tien Yen village (Loc Duc commune, Bao Lam district).
Then, on the way back to Bao Loc, Mr. Anh stopped his car and took a short distance in front of a resident's house.
After resolving the "sadness", Mr. Anh got on the motorbike and continued moving, then started 3 people on 2 motorbikes to chase him.
Mr. Anh drove the car for about 2 km, but the 3 men on the motorbike overtook him to block the front of Mr. Anh's car.
After that, 1 of the 3 men presented a knife to Mr. Anh threatening; at the same time, another man picked up a piece of coffee wood and asked Mr. Anh to come down to talk.
Fearing being beaten, Mr. Anh reversed the car back and ran into a nearby alley. Running to the end of the alley due to the dead end, Mr. Anh turned around and was blocked by 3 men in front of the vehicle.
In a panic, Mr. Anh drove the car over and hit a milespot of the road, causing the car to flip over. As a result, Mr. Anh suffered multiple injuries, and his car was severely damaged.
After the incident, local people and authorities of Loc Duc commune promptly arrived to break the car door to take Mr. Anh out and transfer him to Lam Dong II Hospital for emergency care.

Through verification by the police, three men carrying spears and sticks chased after the car driven by Mr. Anh, including: Nguyen Ngoc H (39 years old), Nguyen Van H (38 years old, Hoang's younger brother) both residing in Loc Duc commune and Vu Minh Q (24 years old, residing in Loc Thanh commune, Bao Loc city).
The case is being verified and investigated by Loc Duc Commune Police according to regulations.
