On the morning of August 22, the working delegation of Do Son ward led by Mr. Pham Hoang Tuan - Standing Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee as Head of the delegation inspected storm prevention and control work in some key areas in the area such as Zone 1, Zone 2 beach, beach 295, Ngoc Hai fishing port and Hon Dau Resort. These are areas with large concentrations of people, tourism, services and seafood exploitation activities, and it is necessary to proactively implement safety assurance plans before the storm's developments.
In the Ngoc Hai fishing port area, the inspection team inspected the work of ensuring the safety of ships and boats, vehicles and anchorage areas; requested functional forces to proactively grasp the situation, propagate and remind fishermen and vehicle owners to strictly implement storm No. 4 prevention and control measures.

For beach areas, tourist areas and entertainment spots, the delegation requested management units to strengthen inspections, proactively deploy plans to ensure safety for people and tourists; be ready to temporarily suspend unsafe activities when the weather becomes bad.
Ward leaders requested professional departments and related units to continue to maintain duty regimes, regularly update storm developments, proactively deploy plans according to the "4 on-site" motto, not to be passive or surprised. At the same time, strengthen propaganda and warning to raise people and tourists' awareness of prevention and avoidance, minimizing the risk of loss of life and property.
Do Son Ward also requests people to absolutely not be subjective or negligent; proactively implement measures to ensure the safety of life and property. Accordingly, people check and reinforce houses, corrugated iron roofs, billboards; prune green trees at risk of breaking and falling. At the same time, proactively protect property, prepare flood prevention plans in residential areas and households.

Regarding sea activities, the Ward People's Committee requests people to absolutely not go out to sea, not to fish or farm aquatic products when there is a notice of sea ban. Ship owners and boats seriously comply with the order to mobilize and bring vehicles to safe shelters. During the storm and heavy rain, people should limit going out, not to go through deep flooded areas, fast-flowing water or landslide-prone areas.
Households proactively prepare essential necessities, flashlights, medicine; fully charge phones and communication equipment for use in case of power outages or emergencies.
