These are areas with large concentrations of people, tourism, services and seafood exploitation activities, and it is necessary to proactively implement safety assurance plans before the storm's developments.
In the Ngoc Hai fishing port area, the inspection team inspected the work of ensuring the safety of ships and boats, vehicles and anchorage areas; requested functional forces to proactively grasp the situation, propagate and remind fishermen and vehicle owners to strictly implement storm No. 4 prevention and control measures.
For beach areas, tourist areas and entertainment spots, the delegation requested management units to strengthen inspections, proactively deploy plans to ensure safety for people and tourists; be ready to temporarily suspend unsafe activities when the weather becomes bad.

Ship owners and boats seriously comply with the order to mobilize and bring vehicles to safe shelters. During the storm and heavy rain, people should limit going out, not to go through deep flooded areas, fast-flowing water or landslide-prone areas.
Households proactively prepare essential necessities, flashlights, medicine; fully charge phones and communication equipment for use in case of power outages or emergencies.
