Cleaning graves, burning trash, accidentally causing a 200m2 fire in Hai Phong

    Hai Phong - The functional forces of Do Son district (Hai Phong) have just extinguished a 200m2 fire at height 92, the road to Tuong Long Tower.

    Initial information, the fire occurred at around 3:45 p.m. on October 5 at height 92 in Hai Son ward, Do Son district (road to Tuong Long Tower).

    Upon receiving the fire alarm, Do Son district promptly directed the functional forces to urgently focus on handling the fire. In the afternoon of the same day, the fire was extinguished, causing no human casualties.

    Do Son district authorities determined that the cause of the fire was a family cleaning a grave and burning trash, causing the fire to spread to the surrounding area, creating a fire (about 200 square meters).

    Also at around 3:40 p.m. on October 5, a fire broke out in a hill area in Quang Thanh commune, Thuy Nguyen district.

    Upon receiving the fire alarm, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team (Thuy Nguyen District Police) quickly dispatched 2 fire trucks and 20 officers and soldiers to the scene; at the same time, they informed the Quang Thanh Commune Police to mobilize initial firefighting forces and equipment. By 4:00 p.m. the same day, the fire was basically under control.
