In which, Cam Trung commune 18 houses, Son Tien commune 25 houses, Bac Hong Linh ward 5 houses. The whole province has more than 5,818 hectares of rice and 8.6 hectares of corn flooded.

In Cam Trung commune, there are also 2 medium-voltage and 1 low-voltage power poles broken and fallen; Son Tien commune has 11 livestock farms with roofs blown off.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tien - Vice Chairman of Cam Trung Commune People's Committee said that the impact of heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms on the evening of May 3rd caused heavy damage to the locality.
Currently, households with damaged houses are being repaired and re-roofed. For houses with heavily blown roofs, military and militia forces are supporting repairs.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Tan - Head of the Electricity Management Team of Cam Ky area said that the impact of the thunderstorm on the evening of May 3rd caused 2 medium-voltage power poles in Cam Trung commune to collapse, causing power outages for about 3,000 customers.
After efforts by the electricity unit to overcome the situation, currently only 300 customers are out of power.
Also according to Mr. Nguyen Hong Tan, the repair has basically been completed, and it is expected that by about 2:30 PM on the same day, the restoration and power restoration will be completed for 100% of customers in Cam Trung commune.
According to the leader of Son Tien Commune People's Committee, currently households whose houses are affected by thunderstorms and hail are urgently overcoming to soon stabilize their lives.
