Dong Nai publicizes compensation plan for airport connecting road project

    Dong Nai - The 25B road upgrade project, the section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51, has publicly announced the 12th phase of compensation, support, and resettlement plan.

    On July 16, the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Nhon Trach Branch coordinated with the People's Committee of Nhon Trach ward and departments and mass organizations to publicly list the compensation, support, and resettlement plans of households under the 25B Road Upgrade project, the section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51.

    Phase 12, the total recovered area is 5,398.9m2 with 25 cases, the total compensation value is more than 17 billion VND.

    According to the Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Nhon Trach Branch, the project has a total area of 85.5ha, a length of about 10km, with a total of 230 dossiers.

    The project to upgrade road 25B, the section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51 with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, started in December 2024.

    According to the plan, roads 25B and 25C will connect Long Thanh airport through National Highway 51 to the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, reducing the load on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway.
