On April 19, in Long Khanh City, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the construction of CC1 Apartment - part of the Bao Vinh Ward Social Housing Project invested by Thanh Thang Design and Construction Consulting Co., Ltd.
The project has a construction area of about 3,700m2, including 3 blocks of 4-storey houses, with a total of 228 apartments. After completion, the project will contribute to providing stable and convenient accommodation for workers and low-income people in the locality; at the same time, improving the urban appearance, promoting the socio-economic development of Long Khanh City.
The Bao Vinh Ward Social Housing Project, Long Khanh City has 1,054 social housing units and 136 commercial housing units, and can accommodate more than 4,200 people. To date, the investor has completed 2 phases with more than 590 social housing units and 60 commercial housing units.
Dong Nai is making efforts to achieve the goal of building 10,000 social housing units in the 2021-2025 period and building at least 50,000 social housing units by 2030.
Also on April 19, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province inaugurated the project to renovate and upgrade the Provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities to meet national standards (Trung Hoa commune, Trang Bom district), with a total investment of over 152 billion VND.
According to the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province, the organization of commencement and inauguration of the two works above to contribute to propagating and spreading the spirit of national pride and achievements in developing the country after 50 years of unity. These are two works of Dong Nai province started and inaugurated to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975-30.4.2025).
Also on April 19, in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai People's Committee held a ceremony to promote the eco -tourism, resort and entertainment project of Chu Chan mountain. In early March, Dong Nai People's Committee decided to approve the adjustment of the overall planning of preservation, renovation, restoration and embellishment of the mountainous landscape of Chu Chan Nui Chuo landscape until 2030. According to the decision, the scope of the relic planning adjustment scope is 1,749.86ha (including 1,746.73ha is the total area of the 1st protection area 1 - the security area of 2 and 3.13ha, which is in the current state of the traffic connection) Xuan Truong, Xuan Hiep, Suoi Cat and Gia Ray town of Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province.
