Unanimously creating a clean ground for the project
Duc Hiep Industrial Cluster (CCN) is located in the villages of: Nua, Duong Xa and Tong Xuyen in Long Hung commune, Hung Yen province with a scale of 54ha. The project is implemented in 2 phases, of which phase 1 is implemented on an area of 15ha, related to land recovery of more than 320 households; phase 2 has an area of 39ha related to 304 households subject to land recovery to serve the project.
With a large scale and a large number of affected households, site clearance (GPMB) is identified as a key task, which is decisive for the overall progress of the project.
For phase 1, site clearance has been completed, creating favorable conditions for the investor to implement the next steps. Currently, the locality is coordinating with Land Fund Development Center No. 2 (Hung Ha Regional Branch) to continue implementing phase 2 site clearance with an area of about 39ha.
However, according to a representative of Long Hung Commune People's Committee, the implementation process also faces many difficulties, especially in the context of implementing the two-level local government model.
Mr. Luu Van Vang - Head of Tong Xuyen village, Long Hung commune - said that the whole village has 180 households located in the CCN plan with a clearance area of 10.6ha. Right from the start of implementation, the locality has identified mass mobilization as a key task, focusing on propaganda and direct dialogue to help people understand the guidelines and policies to help people proactively hand over land early, creating favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule.
As a household with more than 2,000m2 of agricultural land in the area to be recovered for project implementation, Mr. Hoang Xuan Que (Tong Xuyen village) shared: "Initially, my family also had many concerns because this is the main cultivated area. However, after being propagated and explained clearly by the local government about the purpose and meaning of the project as well as support policies, we agreed to hand over the site. Hopefully, when the IC goes into operation, it will create more jobs, contributing to improving the lives of people in the village.
Accelerate project construction progress
With the orientation of developing into a multi-industry, the Duc Hiep IC project prioritizes attracting fields with high technology content and high added value such as textiles, packaging, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical equipment, mechanics, electricity - electronics and supporting industries.
According to the plan, the project is implemented in a multi-stage roadmap to ensure the synchronicity of technical infrastructure and be suitable for the ability to attract secondary investors.
According to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, these days at the Duc Hiep Industrial Cluster construction site, the construction atmosphere is urgent and bustling. Many machines are mobilized to level the ground and construct technical infrastructure. On the land areas that have just completed site clearance, items are gradually forming, clearly showing the determination to accelerate progress of the investor and construction unit.
Representatives of the construction unit said that thanks to the favorable site clearance work, the construction deployment is continuous, without interruption. This is a very important factor to ensure the overall progress of the project.
