Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguyen Trai section (National Highway 6) - Dam Hong (Khuong Dinh ward, Hanoi) has a length of 1,520m, cross-section scale of the roadbed 40m.
The project has a total investment of 2,433 billion VND, invested by Khuong Dinh Ward People's Committee. The total recovered area is more than 60,900 m2, involving 736 cases, including organizations and households, and individuals.
For 36 cases according to Decision No. 15/QD-UBND dated January 24, 2003, the plan was approved from the previous phase, the Ward People's Committee has promoted propaganda, mobilization and completed the demolition and handover of the site.

According to the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, according to the assigned progress, by April 30, 2026, Khuong Dinh ward must complete the site clearance for the Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section.
Statistics as of April 17, local authorities still have to clear about 3.14ha/6.09ha/736 plans.
114/736 plans have been approved, and 407 plans are publicly awaiting approval.

The total number of resettlement apartments is 500 units.
Up to now, the City People's Committee has arranged enough 500 units (165 units at CT1, 2 Vinh Hoang urban area; 38 units at CT1, 2, 3 X2 Dai Kim area; 4 units at CT5, 6 lot HH Tu Liem ward; 37 units at resettlement housing fund A1, 2 Khuong Dinh ward; 18 units at building C1 Khuat Duy Tien; 7 units at building 30T1, A14 Nam Trung Yen urban area; 7 units at X1 Bac Linh Dam urban area; 108 units at Housinco Tan Trieu building; 116 units in Trung Van ward).
The expected resettlement demand is about 2 hectares/220 land plots. Hanoi City People's Committee agreed to arrange enough 220 resettlement land plots (in the GS1-1, GS1-2 planning cells of Thuong Cat ward).
