Therefore, the Party Committee and government of Khuong Dinh ward have focused on leading and directing drastically and synchronously.
The Site Clearance Steering Committee was established, clearly assigning people and tasks, promoting the role and responsibility of each individual and unit.
Ward leaders regularly directly go to the grassroots level to listen to and promptly resolve the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people, and remove arising difficulties and obstacles.

Propaganda work is deployed flexibly with many diverse forms, from focused conferences, public dialogues to individual mobilization.
Accordingly, the ward has established 7 propaganda teams according to the area, "going through each alley, knocking on each house", closely following each household, thereby having an appropriate and effective approach. By May 20, Khuong Dinh ward had completed the approval of the entire compensation, support, and resettlement plan for cases according to regulations.
Notably, most households agreed with the plan, of which 99% of households proactively handed over the land.
In addition, in order to support people to soon stabilize their lives and accelerate the project progress, the ward has mobilized socialization to support households to hand over land early with a level of 10 million VND/household, with a total cost of nearly 1.9 billion VND.
Households in difficult circumstances are also supported by the "For the Poor" Fund, showing the humanitarian spirit and responsibility of the local government.
To date, the ward has paid over 486 billion VND in compensation and support; completed the relocation of 100% of graves within the project area; and at the same time organized the dismantling of over 400 works of households that have handed over land.
