Route No. 1 is 3.73km long through Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park - Service; Route No. 2 is 0.97km long connecting National Highway 37B with Thai Thuong Port and Industrial Park; Route No. 3 is 13.07km long, with expressway orientation standards, speed of 100km/h; Route No. 4 is 2.02km long connecting the coastal road to Ba Lat Port; Route No. 5 is 6.34km long, upgrading DT.464.
Currently, 4 routes are under construction but have problems with site clearance, mainly due to interspersed land, technical infrastructure, land origin verification, lack of filling materials and high prices. The Management Board of the Hung Yen Province No. 2 Construction Investment Project is coordinating with localities to remove obstacles and urge contractors to mobilize human resources and means, ensuring progress, quality, labor safety and environmental sanitation.
The Provincial People's Committee was recommended to direct communes to speed up site clearance to avoid construction interruptions. When completed, the project will connect industrial parks, increase investment attraction and create momentum for socio-economic development in the region.
